I had the unfortunate pleasure of being at this venue as a guest three separate times for weddings. all three times I found the wedding planner making fun of either the bride of the day, or discussing personal details about the brides who did get married here. if its not an overweight bride being discussed, it would be how funny and weird some requests would be - even personalized opinions of who she thinks should have gotten married or not. not to mention showing her disgust towards one bride but taking a liking to the groom. you can not tell me that that attitude does not influence the service she provides. the recent event we sat and listened how she took pride in stating my friend the bride was catching a fit due to everything that went wrong on her day - while she was actually choking due to an allergic reaction- I would know - I was there. i happened to stand there in total disbelief and listen ow she discussed this incident to another of my friends at another wedding. now I have finally had it with this woman. this service of this venue has gone backwards -in the most awful way. this venue only has a wannabe castle venue to offer - but they indeed have distasteful service - i recall her saying - my dear bride your job is to get married here and leave. don't draw unnecessary attention to yourself . never in my life have I ever heard any venue - any service provider talk so badly about their clients like this. a wedding day - it comes with many challenges. but dealing with a bad wedding planner who does not put you as a bride or as a client first, should not be an added challenge. this venue messes with peoples wedding days memories and lives by doing this.
